Our Founder, The Lean Process Architect
Backed with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and over 14 years of experience as results-driven leader in safety-critical industries, Mathieu Phejar has the ability to apply his technical and scientific knowledge to a wide range of business contexts, including process improvement, data analysis, and the production of actionable insights. Mathieu has a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes.
His Six Sigma Black Belt certification enables him to consistently drive data-driven improvements, optimising operational practices, reducing costs, and enhancing business capabilities.
With a strong foundation in Change Management, Mathieu excels at guiding teams through system implementations, leveraging his technical expertise and communication skills to foster productive cross-functional relationships.
His background in surface coating technologies, coupled with his expertise in Lean and Agile manufacturing techniques, fuels his passion for investing in your teams and inspiring them to achieve their maximum potential.
